During the Back 2 School Clinics, the administration fee is waived for those without insurane.

Description
Come by our Back 2 School Clinics held at Panhandle Health in Hayden. All vaccines required for school will be available!
+ August 16th: Hayden Panhandle Health clinic, 5-7pm
+ August 23rd: Hayden Panhandle Health clinic, 5-7pm
+ August 30th: Hayden Panhandle Health clinic, 5-7pm
+ September 6th: Hayden Panhandle Health clinic, 5-7pm
+ September 13th: Hayden Panhandle Health clinic, 5-7pm
Each Hayden clinic will be held on Thursday evenings from 5 – 7 pm here at the Hayden office of Panhandle Health District. (8500 N. Atlas Rd. Hayden, ID 83835).
All vaccines required for school will be available and the administration charge will be waived during these clinics only for those without insurance.
It is also requested that parents bring their child’s immunization record to the clinic to be reviewed and updated.
