Build a 3D Printer
Ages 12 and up
Come build a 3D printer. Either build your own ($350 additional charge) or work in teams and learn to build printers for Gizmo-cda while earning credit towards membership. Class will include instruction on building mechanical and electrical parts as well as how to run the software. On the final day, the printers will be available for making your own creations.This summer University of Idaho- CDA will be partnering with Gizmo-cda to provide a summer full of science, technology, engineering, arts, and math experiences for kids of ALL ages!
Gizmo-cda, Coeur d'Alene's Makerspace, is a place where art, design, technology and tools are connected by the hands and minds of the people of this community. This partnership will bring exciting hands-on classes offered right in the new Gizmo-cda makerspace in midtown Coeur d’Alene on 4th street.
