Coeur d’Alene Casino is keeping the summer full of flavor, philanthropy and fun with the Local Celebrity Barbeque Rib Cook Off in the Chinook Meadow Sunday, Aug. 13 from 5-8 p.m. The event will feature barbeque from Toby’s Barbeque, Drummin’ Up Barbeque, Red Tail Bar & Grill, Cosmic Cowboy and Farmhouse Kitchen and Silo Bar as well as a local celebrity barbeque duel with Mark Peterson from Good Morning Northwest TV 4 and Kristi Gorenson from News Radio 920. All proceeds going into the prize bucket for the winning chef’s charity pick. Tickets start at $20 and include barbeque, sides and beer samples and can be purchased at the casino box office, participating barbeque trucks and chefs or at www.TicketsWest.com.
