In today’s constantly changing and increasingly competitive world, the vital role of leadership is more important than it has ever been. As organizations must continuously adjust to ever changing demands, cultivating an environment in which people are motivated, productive and innovative has become vital to the growth and sustainability of any organization.
 
This session will help participants understand a leader’s role in developing a cohesive, aligned, and adaptable team. Participants will develop a plan to apply this learning to their own real-world teams and organizations.  

Jason Swain brings over 17 years of professional experience in organization development, training, executive and corporate coaching. His unique focus encompasses an expertise and understanding of how people naturally perform and relate. 

Jason’s clients have included American Express, Avista, Clearwater Paper, Coffman Engineers, Davenport Hotel Collection, Ford Motor Company, Gonzaga University, Hoopfest, Inland Imaging, Northern Quest Resort & Casino, Numerica Credit Union, Procter & Gamble, Providence Sacred Heart, Samuel Adams Brewery, Second Harvest Food Bank, Washington Trust Bank and many others.

Jason has taught in both the MBA program as well as the Masters in Organizational Leadership program at Gonzaga University.
