Description
You are invited to attend a free Discovery session - Open house at Profile by Sanford CDA location! It will be a half hour long presentation followed by time for questions. Our certified coaches will be explaining the Profile plan in farther depth, covering nutrition, activity and lifestyle coaching.
Who is invited? Profile members, community members interested in the Profile program, employers and physicians interested in our partnership opportunities!
Samples will be provided, space is limited so please RSVP!
