Friday, August 21st Schedule of Events at the Heart of the West Art Show & Auction
10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.: Exhibit rooms open to the public!
Meet and talk to over 60 premier Western artists in an intimate studio setting while enjoying food, drinks, demonstrations and educational presentations. Preview the live Saturday auction artwork in the Shore Room.
Location: 1st floor Lake Tower, 2nd and 3rd floors Park Tower, and Convention Center of the Coeur d’Alene Resort
10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: Art Chats
Breaking Barriers: Alternative Media and Women in the Arts. Enjoy complimentary coffee and tea as a panel of exhibiting artists sit down to discuss their work, their challenges in the art world and answer your questions. Check back soon for a roster of participating artists and moderators!
Location: Convention Center of the Coeur d’Alene Resort
5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.: Quick Finish Artists’ Demonstration
Join 13 artists in the Convention Center as they create masterpieces in front of your eyes! Completed works will be displayed in the Shore Room and sold in the Saturday live auction.
