A full day conference that is both educational and motivating to today's business women. Held at the Best Western Cd'A Inn, this event has been a sell-out for the past two years. Registration is $59 for members and $79 for non-members.


Jennifer Ferch is the Chief Operating Officer of NBC Camps, the largest overnight basketball and volleyball camp program in the world, located in 6 countries and 15 states. She is the creator of NBC's camp development curriculum utilized by over 250,000 students the past 16 years.


At the age of 51 Kay LeClaire embarked on a journey to climb the highest peaks on all seven continents - the Seven Summits. Representative Paulette Jordan, (Coeur d' Alene) Idaho House Representative is an elected Member of the Idaho Legislative Council. Paulette also just completed her third year as an elected member of the Coeur d'Alene Tribal Council in 2012. 




Kerri Thoreson is the former publisher/editor of the Post Falls Tribune, and has spent over two decades as an award-winning columnist for the Coeur d’Alene Press. In recent years she co-hosted a morning radio show on KVNI AM1080.
