Start the Parade of Homes from any Parade house or at the NIBCA office at 1928 N. 4 St, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814.

Organized by the North Idaho Building Contractors Association (NIBCA), this annual parade offers an exclusive look at 23 stunning homes over three weekends in September.

One Ticket, Multiple Visits:
- A single ticket allows you to tour any house in the parade on any day of the event.
- Show your Eventbrite ticket at any Parade home for entry and receive your People's Choice ballot, your Parade of Homes guidebook, and map of all the homes.
Homebase Showcase:
- Visit the NIBCA office at 1929 N 4th St, Suite A, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814.
