Description

The Coeur d'Alene Chamber of Commerce will hold its Annual Meeting and Luncheon on Thursday, October 31, at 11:30am at the Coeur d'Alene Resort Conference Center. Each year, various leadership roles change hands. This year's Chairman of the Board, Ryan Nipp, will introduce the incoming 2014 Chairman.

Jon Ness, CEO of Kootenai Health will be this year's guest speaker and will be speaking on "Leading Change", something he knows quite a bit about. Change is never easy, but some organizations seem to make changes more easily than others. For three years, Kootenai Health has been rising to the challenge of a changing industry and business climate. Ness will share his thoughts on why change efforts often fail and steps to ensure successful change, strategies that have been used at Kootenai Health, and what you can do to lead change in your organization.

Tickets for the luncheon are $35 per person. Company tables can be reserved for $280 each. For information or to purchase tickets contact Diane Higdem at 208.292.1635.
