OVERVIEW
The Bikes, Brews & BBQs event is the ultimate summer-time experience, offering a single day filled with three seasonal favorite activities: motocross and BMX, ice cold local beer tasting and sizzling, smoky barbecue!

EVENT FEATURES
Bikes
Arena motocross show: Motion Sports will be producing one of their jaw-dropping, always exciting endurocross shows in the Main Arena (separate ticket required).
BMX demonstrations and vendor fair: Local BMX enthusiasts will be demonstrating their talents and tricks for all to enjoy. There will also be vendors onsite for those interested in picking up some bicycle merchandise.
Brews
Local craft and micro beer tasting: For only $10 you can taste a sampling of brews available throughout our region.
Vino locale garden: For those who prefer a glass of vino – this is for you! Enjoy a relaxing glass of local wine in our special garden area. We will also have a sangria and mimosa bar available to top off the experience!
BBQs
Sanctioned BBQ competition: The Pacific Northwest Barbecue Association is launching a sanctioned competition for professional and amateur cooks. Patrons will get to learn the secrets to a great recipe and grill and have the opportunity to interact with competitors.
Food truck rodeo: Guests will have more than 8 seconds to enjoy a wide variety of tasty treats at the food truck rodeo!
Community Entertainment
FamilyFest area: Local vendors and family entertainers will be around the event for all of our guests. We will also have a bounce zone with lots of inflatables and activities for families.
Cowpie bingo: Feeling lucky? Take your chances at this fun new North Idaho tradition benefitting a local 4-H club.
Community stage: Enjoy the talents of some of North Idaho’s finest entertainers.
Local celebrity dunk tank: There is nothing like making a splash for charity…unless you are the one hitting the water! Local “celebrities” will take the plunge as a benefit for the North Idaho Fair & Rodeo Foundation.
VENDOR OPPORTUNITIES
Breweries:
Local breweries are invited to be showcased in this event. There is no fee charged or compensation provided to the vendor for participating. Breweries must provide 1,000 4-ounce tastings for the event and in trade will receive the following benefits:
• Exposure as a featured destination brewery in our region
• Logo inclusion in all print promotional collateral such as posters and club cards (20,000+ total pieces)
• Logo and web link on the Bikes, Brews & BBQs website
• Featured in all email blasts leading up to the event (4K+ every other week)
• Inclusion in all media releases, print and radio advertising
• Onsite signage prominently placed at the community stage (in addition to your booth space)
• Logo inclusion on event t-shirts (sold and worn by staff/vendors)
• 2 complimentary passes to the event
• First right of refusal for 2014 event
Food Trucks: All participating food trucks will be featured in event promotional materials (email blasts, collateral, etc.). There is a standard 15% commission payable to the Fairgrounds after the event.
Family Fest: Vendors of all type are welcome in this area. Indoor booths are $75 and outside booths are $50 (10’ x 10’ space, one 8’ table and two chairs provided).
BMX/Bicycle Related: Vendors will be outside and will be provided a 10’ X 10’ space, one 8’ table and two chairs. A $50 fee will be assessed.
