Mind Capture Customer Service Seminar

The Coeur d'Alene Chamber has teamed up with the CDA Downtown Association, the Post Falls and Hayden Chambers to bring you this valuable customer service training just in time for the holiday shopping season. The seminar is relatively inexpensive which makes it easy for you to attend with a few of your front-line employees. Learn some tips and tricks to keeping those customers happy and build camaraderie with your front-line team! Best selling author Tony Rubleski of the Mind Capture Group is the featured speaker. This event will be held at the Coeur d'Alene Resort. Meet-and-greet networking opportunity with coffee provided begins at 7:30 a.m., presentation begins at 8:00 a.m. and runs till 10:00 a.m.
