Taste of the Northwest Wine Experience
Join us on Wednesday, August 27th at 7pm for a fun night of food & wine parings!
On the menu:
house calamari- dredged in rice flour making it light & crispy, also gluten free
paired with Apex Sauvignon Blanc, Columbia Valley
spinach salad- housemade balsamic dressing, gorgonzola crumbles candied pecans
paired with King Estates Pinot Gris, Oregon
mushroom risotto- mushrooms, garlic & white wine, finished with truffle oil
paired with Cinder Dry Viognier, Snake River Valley
chicken parmesan- lightly breaded breast topped with housemade marinara & provolone, then baked in the oven. Served with pasta marinara
paired with NxNW Red Blend, Columbia Valley
cannoli- housemade cannoli shells, ricotta & whipped cream, semi-sweet chocolate chips
paired with Walla Walla Vintners Malbec, Walla Walla
