Description
The Fedora Pub & Grille’s 2nd Annual
FREE Community Thanksgiving Dinner
Thanksgiving Dinner will be served free to the public from 11am to 4pm Thursday November 22nd at The Fedora Pub and Grille located at 1726 W. Kathleen.
Last year in co-operation with community organizations, The Fedora Pub and Grille fed over 1000 people from our area for free. This year the planning committee is working hard preparing for an estimated 1500 of our friends and neighbors who have been hit hardest by these trying economic times. The Fedora Pub and Grille, Christian Community Coalition, St Vincent's, Shepherds Purse, KYMS Radio, Family Promise and many other local organizations and volunteers are working to bring our community together on Thanksgiving Day.
Everyone is welcome! There are no prerequisites for who is invited. “After two incredible years of business in this wonderful community, we want to keep giving back. That’s what it means to be a part of such a great community. Even with all the growth here, we are all still so “small town” when it comes to being there for each other when it counts. This is our way to help “make it count.” The time and stories people were willing to share with me last year was priceless.” says Co-Owner of the Fedora, John Malee.
