In today’s business climate we must expect the unexpected. Tumultuous changes brought on by technology, legislation, natural disasters or what-have-you can drastically affect the way we do business. One day it may be up to you to lead your company, co-workers and your community through these changes. What worked before may not work now.
Vaughn Ward, CEO of Northwest Specialty Hospital, and ex-marine will share with you some leadership tools and techniques he has used in helping guide his company through the changing face of healthcare. Vaughn’s informative message is not limited to today’s healthcare challenges but is designed to give you some techniques and inspiration that anyone in a leadership position may need when changes hit.
