We are looking for an energetic person to handle inbound and outbound calls for our service and sales departments as well as assist with other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

MUST pass initial and random drug testing's; MUST pass a background checks and have reliable transportation.

MUST have excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.

MUST be proficient in typing with computers, MS office, Windows.

MUST be able to talk on the telephone for 8 hours a day.

· Must have basic computer skills and be willing and able to learn new computer software programs. Experience in Service Titan is preferred.

· Be able to learn by observation and hands-on experience.
