Panelist #1 - Justin Schorzman
Justin Schorzman is a North Idaho native with more than two decades of experience in hospitality, guest experience, and community leadership. He currently serves as Guest Services Manager at Kootenai Health and is actively involved in civic and community leadership throughout Kootenai County.

Panelist #2 - Kari Anderson
Kari Anderson is Principal of Incite! Consulting and a nationally recognized expert in nonprofit leadership development. With more than 30 years of experience working with over 1,000 organizations, she specializes in organizational development, board governance, and sustainable fundraising.

Panelist #3 - Jimmy McAndrew
Jimmy McAndrews co-founded the nonprofit Coeur Group in 2004 and has served as chairman and board member for several nonprofits and organizations throughout Kootenai County. He currently serves on the stewardship team for Heart of the City Church and volunteers teaching senior economics students at Post Falls High School.

Panelist #4 - Jody Azevedo
Jody Azevedo has more than 20 years of experience in the credit union industry and currently serves as AVP of Corporate and External Relations. Her extensive community leadership includes board and leadership roles with the North Idaho College Foundation, CDA Rotary Club, Lakeland Education Foundation, CDA Chamber, Orchard Ridge, Innovia Foundation, and Festival of Trees.
