What You Will Do Each Day
- Diagnose and repair inboards, outboards, and sterndrives (MerCruiser / Volvo Penta).
- Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, rebuilds, and major repairs.
- Troubleshoot marine electrical issues, fuel delivery, cooling/overheating, no-start, and performance concerns.
- Document findings with clear notes and photos and communicate with service advisors.
- Recommend necessary repairs ethically to ensure safety and reliability.

Requirements
- 3+ years of marine mechanic experience.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to commute within 60 minutes of Hayden, ID or willingness to relocate.
