Established in 1990, the Coeur d'Alene Downtown Association (DTA) is a nonprofit organization that manages the Downtown Business Improvement District (BID). Governed by a membership-elected Board of Directors, the DTA supports Downtown Businesses through year-round programming with more than 15 annual events, stewardship of the district’s charming environment through its Clean and Safe program, carried out by a year-round maintenance team, and initiatives that promote a vibrant Downtown Community.
