Companions Animal Center, formerly Kootenai Humane Society, is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to the welfare of animals. KHS is 100% community funded and practices the No-Kill Philosophy. The mission of CAC is to provide quality humane care, rehabilitation, adoption, and education for the good of the animals and their companions in our community.
