DEA is a multi-discipline engineering consulting firm providing planning, civil engineering, construction management and other professional consulting services for public agencies and private industry clients around the western United States. Our offices in Coeur d'Alene and Spokane specialize in community planning, and transportation design services for roadways, bridges, traffic systems, bus transit systems and bicycle/pedestrian facilities. We also provide expert construction management services for heavy construction projects such as highways and major utlities, mine facilities and building site development. Our Mountain West Region Construction Services group is headquartered in our Coeur d'Alene office.
