Inland Northwest Water Security is a commercial water risk management firm serving commercial properties and high-value homes across the Inland Northwest. We are not a plumbing contractor. We design, install, and support automatic leak detection and shutoff systems that catch failures before they become six-figure losses, protecting buildings, inventory, and business continuity.
As an authorized Leak Defense dealer, INWS installs technology recognized by major insurers, including a named partnership with Chubb. Our systems monitor flow continuously and shut off water automatically when a leak, a burst line, or a frozen pipe is detected.
Founded by Morgan Andrews, a retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel and Gonzaga MBA, and Ken DeMile, whose background spans enterprise technology sales and systems integration across healthcare, education, and government, INWS brings an enterprise approach to a risk most property owners never plan for.
