Lakeside Companies is a Coeur d’Alene–based firm that acquires, builds and operates businesses across the Inland Northwest and beyond. Founded in 1997 by John J. Hemmingson, Lakeside takes an active role in growing companies, developing new ventures and creating lasting value for customers, employees and communities. Hemmingson Senior Living serves older adults in Coeur d’Alene, while Loan Peak Financial provides mortgage lending services.
