Celebrate the 4th of July in the heart of downtown Coeur d’Alene with a front-row seat to the American Heroes Parade! The Parade Watch Party offers a fun and comfortable way to enjoy the festivities without having to save your spot on the curb for hours.

Your ticket includes:

Reserved curbside viewing along the parade route on Sherman Avenue.
Live music by AP Collective
Access to the Chamber building (with AC) and patio spaces.
Food and beverages available throughout the event.
Indoor restrooms and shaded areas.

Additional Details:

Parking is not available in the Chamber parking lot, except for 2 handicap-accessible spaces.
Tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

It includes our large conference room, front and back patio, and the Visitors Center.
- Capacity is about 200
- Each patio can hold about 50 people each.
Parking is not available in the chamber parking lot.
All food & beverage is provided by you.
Set up and clean-up is provided by you.
We have a full-size refrigerator with a bottom drawer freezer + a full height beverage refrigerator + a sink you may use.
We have lots of tables and chairs you may use.
Our back patio has an incredible view of the fireworks without having to fight the crowd

12:00 PM– No parking signage posted along Sherman Avenue in preparation for:
- The Kiddie Parade (effective July 3, 7:00AM – 11:00 AM)
- The American Heroes Parade (effective July 4, 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

Thursday, July 2 | Kiddie Parade

8:00 AM – Soft closures begin on Sherman Ave. from 1st to 11th St.
9:00 AM – Kiddie Parade staging begins on Sherman Ave. from 8th to 11th St.
9:00 AM – Full closure of Sherman Ave. from 1st to 8th St. (entire parade route)
10:00 AM – Kiddie Parade begins 8th & Sherman, proceeds west to 1st St.
11:00 AM – All roads reopen

Saturday, July 4 | American Heroes Parade

5:00 AM – Soft closures begin on Sherman Ave. (Government Way to 23rd St)
6:00 AM – All vehicles parked on Sherman Ave. will be towed. (Gov’t Way - 23rd St)
6:30 AM – Hard closure begins for parade staging. (Sherman Ave: 15th St. - 23rd St)
9:00 AM – Full parade route closure from 1st St. to 15th St on Sherman Ave.
- Backwards Parade Brigade begins at 9:00 AM at Independence Point.
- American Heroes Parade begins at 10:00 AM, starting at 15th St. and proceeding west on Sherman Ave.
1:00 PM – All roads reopen.

Recommended Travel Routes to/from Downtown Coeur d’Alene on July 3 and 4

From the west side of the city: Use Northwest Boulevard exit from I-90.
From the east side of the city: Use 23rd Street/Sherman Avenue exit from I-90.
To access The Coeur d’Alene Resort, use either:
- 1st Street (from the north side of the city) to travel south to the Resort, or
- Mullan to Front Street (from the south side of the city) to travel west to the Resort.
